The previous site was poorly organized and the design was outdated as you can see below. The navigation was also needlessly complex..

This part of our site was rife with redundant, outdated and trivial content. In short it was an embarrassment. So the project started with a massive revision of the IA and a content audit.
Following that I directed the team in developing a visual design that would be elegant - integrating more open real estate and modern photography, among other things. Working with me, two designers and I executed this design overhaul that not only improved UX but eHealth’s brand overall.

The redesign was enthusiastically received by the company's senior leadership and traffic increased through the content. Additionally anecdotal comments suggested that the redesign elevated the level of personal pride employees had for working at eHealth.
